Rubber products made to your specification

Our rubber products are moulded in a high duty elastomer for improved durability and to protect each half of the wing union when disconnected. 

When disassembled simply screw the female protector on to the female sub and the male protector into the bore of the wing nut which is trapped on to the hose or pipe by the male sub and when locked down rigidly secures the nut in position. This helps to avoid “fretting” between the nut and male sub while maintaining protection of the sealing faces. 

Our end caps are designed as a low-cost protector and can be supplied in a variety of diameters, lengths and girths. We can also provide customised end caps with your own company logo moulded onto the cap.
