Pioneer Oil Tools designs and manufactures tools to a world wide customer
base but remains committed to providing an instant response to the needs
of all North sea service, supply and rental companies. A two shift system
is operated so that the company can offer a turn around of urgent orders
that is second to none.
Pioneer's machine shop maintains the capability to undertake a wide
range of manufacturing including turning, milling/boring, sheetmetal
fabrication, moulding and pressing , drilling, finishing, heat treatment
and coating processes.
The machine shop is equipped with a series of overhead gantry cranes
with a maximum capacity of fifteen tonnes.
